Our annual flagship event – It’s The Consumer, Stupid! – will be back in September 2017.
Our first consumer conference in 2016 received fantastic delegate feedback. Everyone polled after the event said that they return again in 2017. So we’re going again as we make this one-day conference an essential date in the calendar for anyone in financial services, who is trying to grow their market share and do a better job for their customers. You can register and find out more here.
This event pulls together industry leaders, business leaders of major consumer brands, digital and marketing experts and a handful of disrupters. How can we provide better services and products for consumers? What does good look like? How can we ride the wave of change and not get drowned by it?
Boring Money is known for providing a great combination of top-class speakers, senior delegates and great venues. This event will be chaired by MD Holly Mackay who is known for putting together topical agendas which do not tolerate boring PowerPoint waffle, but are jam-packed full of high-energy demos, panels, discussions and talks.
Sessions will cover:
- digital strategies
- content marketing
- customer acquisition
- how to cut through the navy-blue waffle
- new robo challengers
- tech developments
- non-financial groups who have cracked customer engagement and retention
