About the role

We are seeking to hire a Head of Sales to lead relationship management and business development for our current and future B2B clients. These clients work for banks, asset managers, platforms, fintechs and pensions providers.

We provide market leading research on key consumer trends which have proven invaluable to the investment industry as it seeks to evolve into new markets and take consumer opinion into account. This research covers issues such as Retirement Proposition, Savings & Investment trends, how to ensure best in class customer engagement and optimising communication strategies. We also partner with clients in delivering high quality content, focus group feedback and advisory services.

We want to help our clients to really understand their customers, so they can make and deliver better products and better comms.

The research conducted is both quantitative and qualitative and is supported by a large and growing proprietary consumer panel, as well as regular nationally representative surveys and more focussed investor surveys. Focus areas include sustainable investing, direct investing and delivering value for money to a retail audience. Our research is delivered via reports, subscription services, webinars and bespoke projects.

In this role, you will be the face of the company to this client segment. You will work closely with the research team to support the development of new product that is relevant to client demand. You will leverage your existing relationships within the investment industry to ensure that the research is built to meet the ever-evolving needs of the client base.

You will have around 8-10 years’ experience in business development, sales and/or marketing or strategic consultancy within the Investment industry (or an associated one) with a strong consultative approach to relationship management. You will be excited by the opportunity to be part of a high growth, young business with huge potential, as well as a highly respected brand.
