A Targeted Support Prototype - in collaboration with Communify

We partnered with Financial AI, Digital & Data Solutions Company, Communify, to explore how the challenge of Targeted Support could reshape the consumer engagement experience, to create compelling, data-informed consumer journeys that lead to better client outcomes.
We produced elements of a click-through consumer journey, taking cash savers into their first investment account. We focussed on Emma, a cash-saver with £10,000 to invest. The prototype is aimed to be a thought-leadership piece of work, challenging how we talk about risk, how we might compare investments to cash, and how we might do a better job of articulating risk. We also created an AI-generated personalised podcast for Emma at the end of the journey, a 2 minute playback of what Emma needs to know, consider and be comfortable with before investing.
We think this could form part of a Targeted Support journey.
