For the ninth consecutive year, we’ll be scouring the market to find the best financial products available, helping consumers make better financial decisions and commending the industry for their efforts in creating the best service possible for their customers.

Our independent awards take place every year, combining our own research, technical expertise, and real customer insight. We’ll also bring in expert guest judges from across the industry for our Specialist Award categories.
The 2026 Specialist Award Categories

Paul Bradshaw Innovation Award
This award recognises leading innovation in the wealth, investment and pensions sector in 2025. This innovation should demonstrably make consumers’ lives better and stand out in the market for breaking new boundaries.
It could be tech-related, or represent innovation in functionality, pricing, engagement, apps, websites, content or other.

Vulnerable Customer Support Award
Following a host of incredible submissions last year, we are delighted to be bringing back this award after a great response from our readers and some truly remarkable work by the industry.
We will be looking for a firm that went the extra mile in improving outcomes for vulnerable customers in 2025. Projects can be targeted or generalised, but should clearly evidence how they achieved these outcomes.

Consumer Education Award
Consumer education has become a vital component of supporting better customer outcomes. Targeted Support will further exacerbate the need for exceptional education content to help consumers at varied stages of decision-making.
This year, we are introducing a new award to recognise excellence in educational content.
The judges are looking for examples which are clear, easy to understand and helpful over transactional, enabling better choices and better customer outcomes.

The judges are looking for examples of employee communications which are clear, easy to understand, and will inform and engage a consumer, enabling better choices and better customer outcomes for their schemes.
