CCI Accelerator: 450+ comms tested for Consumer Duty. Stated + uncovered understanding, tested with real investors, RAG score per comms piece, ready for Board

CCI Accelerator

CCI disclosure testing for investment firms.

Our Accelerator supports firms to move from base compliance through to consumer clarity with product summary tests and disclosures with real UK investors. We provide the evidence to show the Board and the FCA.

CCI implementation deadlines

Firms have until June 2027 to move to the new product summary. The rules set minimums but give firms room to add information that genuinely helps consumers, which is an opportunity to rethink how products are explained.

CCI product summary testing: three tiers

Every programme is scoped to your objectives, timings, and budget.

How CCI disclosure testing works

  1. Identify audience and comms (we can advise)

  2. Sample and recruitment from our investor panel, including key segments and vulnerable consumers

  3. Homework review: graffiti/highlighter mark-up

  4. Interview, online tasks, or quant survey, measuring stated vs uncovered understanding

  5. Insight and recommendations, with an assessment score per piece

Comms testing across every format

We sit between consumers and the industry, and act as a translator between the two. We've tested:
